Submit a deletion request
To request deletion of your Inner Care account, email privacy@innercare.sa from the email address connected to your account when possible. If your account uses a mobile number only, include that mobile number in the request.
What to include in your email
- Subject line: Account deletion request.
- Your full name exactly as used in the Inner Care app.
- Your registered mobile number, including country code.
- Your registered email address, if one is attached to the account.
- Whether the account is for the customer app or employee app.
- A clear statement that you want Inner Care to delete your account.
Identity verification
For account safety, Inner Care may verify that the request came from the account owner or an authorized person before deleting the account. Verification may use registered contact details, service records, or another reasonable method appropriate to the account type.
Data deleted after approval
- Account access credentials and active app access for the requested account.
- Customer or employee profile information that is not required for completed services, legal compliance, accounting, safety, or dispute handling.
- Notification tokens and nonessential app preference data connected to the account.
- Support records that are not required for legal, operational, or service-quality purposes.
Data that may be retained
Some records cannot be deleted immediately because Inner Care provides regulated care and business services. Records may be retained when required for completed service delivery, contracts, visit history, invoices, tax and accounting obligations, employment records, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.
Timing
Inner Care reviews deletion requests after receiving the required account-identification details. Approved account access deletion is completed within a reasonable operational period. Records that must be retained are restricted to the purpose that requires retention and are deleted or anonymized when retention is no longer necessary.
Important effects of deletion
- You may lose access to the Inner Care app and previous account features.
- Active service requests, contracts, visits, assignments, or employment workflows may need to be completed, cancelled, or transferred before deletion can be finalized.
- Deleting the app from your device does not delete your Inner Care account. You must submit a deletion request using this page or the privacy email address.
